There certainly are a lot of tools inside Harmony (billing, time tracking, expenses, lead management, quotes, deferred revenue, etc), and unlike most PSA solutions, this one is available both in cloud and on-premise. HarmonyPSA pricing is not available on the website and has to be requested (this typically happens when software is expensive enough to require direct sales and multiple 'touches'). There aren't many HarmonyPSA reviews either, but existing ones are mostly positive. Android app is not provided.
