It features project management, resource planning, expenses, time tracking and reports. Like Basecamp and several other project management tools, it got its start as an internal tool. While 10000ft reviews are overwhelmingly positive, its biggest omission by far is the lack of client management tools, like CRM and billing. Also 10000ft is one of those projects management solutions that doesn't provide native mobile apps, forcing users to use mobile browsers, though iOS app has been promised.
