Google Apps is a cloud suite of popular business tools. It's pricing is very simple - you pay either $5 or $10 per user per month, depending on whether you want unlimited storage and Google Vault. Essentially Google Apps package consists of email server (Gmail), online document storage and management (Google Docs and GDrive), group chat and videoconferencing (Hangouts), shared calendars (GCal), and social network (G+). Google Apps come with two major disadvantages. First, since Google Apps are available only in the cloud, you are stuck paying for it forever. You also can't customize Google Apps or host it on your server for additional security. Second, Google Apps are missing several extremely important collaboration tools, such as Project Management or CRM.
