Insightly is one of the most popular cloud CRM systems, created specifically for small businesses. It has a limited free plan for up to 2 users and its paid plans start at modest $35/user/mo. However, Insightly lacks several important CRM features, like built-in email marketing or telephony. There are no document management or approval workflows either. Importantly, even paid versions of Insightly comes with a limit on how many records you can keep in your CRM (100,000) and how many custom fields you can add (25).
