It is primarily available as on-premise solution but Pivotal CRM price is not publically listed, requiring you to contact the vendor or partners for details. It does not appear to be available in cloud. Pivotal CRM reviews are not as numerous as those for Salesforce, MS Dynamics or other top CRM vendors but are largely positive. If you are looking for a free Pivotal CRM alternative, want your CRM to be available both in cloud and as self-hosted software, require source code access, or want built-in telephony, document management and intranet, rather than have to integrate with Microsoft or other third-party products, as is the case with Pivotal CRM, Bitrix24 is likely to work for you.
