Redbooth is a collaboration and task management solution available both in cloud and as self-hosted software. It used to be named Teambox, prior to rebranding in 2014. Redbooth comes with a number of cool tools, such as videoconferencing and group chat, but doesn't have CRM or any client management tools. Also, it is not clear if an on-premise version of Redbooth comes with source code and whether you are able to buy a lifetime license or have to pay monthly fees. Document management in Redbooth is also rather light, even though most Redbooth reviews are very positive, noting Teambox simplicity and great design. If you are looking for a free Redbooth alternative, need source code access or want a TBM (total business management) solution, consider Bitrix24.
